Emotional intelligence is a key skillset for effective and resilient leaders. I'm a certified EQi-assessor, meaning I can help you assess your current EQ and provide you with tools to become more emotionally intelligent.

Our body possesses much wisdom and gives us many signals of important emotions and obstacles to our goals. In today's world, however, we tend to ignore this and spend most of our time out of touch with our bodies and in our heads.

Physical intelligence refers to an emerging field in coaching that helps you strategically manage your body and brain to improve your overall well-being and performance. I am a certified PI coach, which means I can assess your physical intelligence and help you listen to the whispering of your body so it doesn't have to scream.

I don't believe women are better leaders than men. I don't think they are inherently different. But I do believe they work in a different context than men. This context comes with many challenges for them, such as a masculine definition of success and a tightrope for them to walk on once they reach higher leadership realms. Everyday I see the consequences of these challenges, with highly talented women trying their best to be somebody they are not, trying to be perfect at everything and suffering from silent insecurities that undermine their wellbeing, their mental health and their joy in life.
